Play Today Music Rentals is a program designed to offer a very affordable way to ensure your child enjoys the experience of making music.

Playing a musical instrument benefits children not only academically but also dramatically improves self development. Well structured music programs are designed to give students a great start to playing a musical instrument and to find out the fun of playing in a band.

Play Today Music Rentals have a great range of rental instruments, to suit all levels of player abillity. With no minimal rental term and you can return the instrument at any time, there really is nothing to lose!

With instruments starting at $40* a school term, that's just 4 payments a year!

All Rental instruments are also offered on the rent to own plan; which can be returned after 4 months, or consists of 26 small fortnightly repayments (one year contract) and will be all yours!

Other Benefits of the rent to own plan include:

Insurance; (excess applies) & all adjustments to the instrument are taken care of free of charge (excludes freight and malicious damage)
Affordable fortnightly payments; Your instrument will be totally paid for after 26 fortnightly payments (over one year)
The instrument can be returned if not suitable; you can hand back the instrument whenever you like after the minimum rental period of four months*

*Establishment fees: All rental plans are charged an initial establishment fee of $95.00** (Excluding piano rentals). This fee is used to service the instrument if it is returned to Play Today Music Rentals. This fee is factored into the rental charges if you are on the rent to own plan and goes towards the total cost of the instrument (i.e. you will never pay more than the retail price if you rent to own).

** Piano rentals have a delivery fee and bond that is used to collect the piano at the end of the rental, details are on the rental page.

Recital 208TS Tenor Saxophone

Introducing the Recital 400 series Oboe, resin body with low Bb Silver plated keys. If you have ever wanted to play the oboe but the price was out of reach, this affordable oboe is for you.

Recital 202TR Trumpet

Recital trumpets come standard with upgrade features such as 1st slide saddle and adjustable 3rd slide ring, 2 water keys and the more reliable monel valves. Available in both silver or gold lacquer. Outfit includes case, upgrade mouthpiece, cleaning cloth and valve oil.
